Bitwise 10 Crypto Index Fund (non-OTC Trust)
The Bitwise 10 Crypto Index Fund (non-OTC Trust) is an easy and efficient way to gain diversified exposure to bitcoin and other leading cryptocurrencies in a traditional private placement vehicle, which allows subscriptions and redemptions at net asset value. The Fund seeks to track an index comprised of the 10 most highly valued cryptocurrencies, screened and monitored for certain risks, weighted by market capitalization, and rebalanced monthly. The Fund does not intend to pursue quotation on the OTCQX market, which may eliminate the complexities related to minimum holding periods, transfer of shares, and price volatility related to the secondary market trading of shares.
